- JenBoard Pro ist ein einmaliger Kauf, kein Abo.
- Alle Pro-Funktionen sind ab dem ersten Start 7 Tage lang freigeschaltet. Ohne Registrierung und ohne etwas kündigen zu müssen.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Jenkins-Server, die du verbindest, und für die Aktionen, die du darauf ausführst, etwa Builds, Freigaben und Löschungen.
- JenBoard ist eine unabhängige App und steht weder in Verbindung mit dem Jenkins-Projekt noch wird sie von diesem unterstützt.

These Terms govern your use of JenBoard (the "App") between you and MintSoft.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
MintSoft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App. You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law allows it
- redistribute, resell or transfer the App or your license
- use the App for illegal or harmful purposes, or against servers you are not authorised to access
3. Your Jenkins servers
The App is a client for Jenkins servers that you or your organisation operate. You are responsible for having permission to access the servers you add, for keeping your API tokens safe, and for the actions you take through the App, such as starting, stopping, replaying, approving, aborting or deleting builds. Actions are sent to your server exactly as you confirm them and cannot be undone by us.
4. JenBoard Pro and the free trial
- Every Pro feature is free for 7 days from the first launch of the App. No payment details are required, and nothing is charged when the trial ends; Pro features simply lock again.
- JenBoard Pro is a one-time in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- All payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from.
- You can restore your purchase on another device signed in to the same store account.
5. Optional third-party services
The optional chat uses your own Anthropic API key. Your use of it is also subject to Anthropic's terms, and any usage charges are billed by Anthropic to your account. Answers are generated by an AI model and may be wrong; check them before acting on them.
6. Service changes and termination
We may change or discontinue features of the App after notice, or immediately in emergencies. A feature you paid for will not be removed without a reasonable alternative or a remedy required by law.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintSoft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including failed, delayed or unintended builds or deployments, or for the availability or behaviour of your Jenkins servers.
8. Intellectual property and trademarks
The App and its content are the property of MintSoft. JenBoard is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Jenkins project. Jenkins® is a registered trademark of LF Charities Inc.; it is used here only to describe what the App works with.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Seoul Central District Court, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
10. Changes to these Terms
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
